Where are your products made?

CON.STRUCT is part of a vertical manufacturing company, which owns & controls the supply from fabric production at our mill to distribution at our Los Angeles warehouse. Can I edit/cancel my order or change my address?

Within 60 minutes of your order confirmation, you can modify your order and shipping details. Please use the form on the left, including the Order # and comments for changes. Any changes made must reflect the same order value.

For cancellations, we will issue a credit memo and you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds take 5-10 business days to return to your charged account depending on your provider.

What is the order processing time?

Orders take 2-3 business days to pack and ship from our warehouse. For standard shipping, it will take 5-7 business days to arrive depending on your location.

What is your shipping policy?

We currently only ship in the contiguous United States. We offer complimentary standard shipping via UPS on with a minimum value of $40.00. For orders under $40.00, a flat rate fee of $10.00 is applied for standard ground shipping. We also offer 3 Day, 2 Day & Next Day shipping at varying rates. What is your return policy?

We accept returns 30 days after purchase from conxstruct.com. In order to receive full credit, returned items must be unwashed and unworn in its original packaging and have all of its original hangtags attached. Final sales items cannot be returned. Please note that at this time, mask purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Happy to help! To get started with your return, go to our Orders & Returns page to complete a brief questionnaire. You will receive an update within 24 hours.

How long will my refund take to be received?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received your returned item and if it has been approved or rejected. If approved, you will receive a credit memo email and your refund will automatically be applied to your charged debit or credit card. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to return to your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.


Can I use more than one discount code?

Unfortunately, we can only accept one promo code at checkout.
