Shipping & Returns Policy
CON.STRUCT is pleased to offer complimentary domestic ground shipping via UPS. Additional shipping options include UPS 3 DAY, UPS 2 DAY, and UPS NEXT DAY, for a flat fee in the contiguous United States. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

* UPS 3 DAY - Delivery in 3 business days for a flat rate of $20
* UPS 2 DAY - Delivery in 2 business days for a flat rate of $40
* UPS NEXT DAY - Delivery by the next business day for a flat rate of $60
When placing an order, by default, there is no signature requirement; however, you can update your preference on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase. Please note, that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
Please note, orders containing items of high value may still require a signature, even if you did not select to sign for your order on arrival. We realize this may be inconvenient but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact the firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, CON.STRUCT is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. As a registered account holder, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Order Status'. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.
After your order ships, delivery times vary, according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm EST, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
CON.STRUCT is pleased to accept returns made within 30 days of purchase from our online store. To ensure that your returns are processed as efficiently as possible, please simply contact email@example.com to initiate the return process. Final sale items are such, and cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered in any way. It must also be in the original packaging and have all the original hang tags attached. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Keep the tracking number from your shipment to ensure that the package arrives at our shipping facility. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of us receiving your returned product.
GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
CON.STRUCT is pleased to offer the convenience of exchanges. If you would like a different size or color or style, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange authorization form, and then return your unwanted item(s) following the exchange shipment instructions. Once the item(s) you are exchanging are received back in our warehouse, we will ship your new item(s). If you require the alternative style, size or color more urgently, we recommend placing a new order and returning your unwanted item(s). Please note that shipping is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipments back to our warehouse. Complimentary standard ground shipping applies to all exchanges.
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit. The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will then be notified of your return.
For your convenience, orders can be cancelled up to 60 minutes following order confirmation. Please reply to your order confirmation email with your request to cancel your order, and we will be more than happy to cancel your order. You may also reach out to email@example.com. Unfortunately, due to our expedient order processing, any requests made outside of this time period cannot be accommodated.
Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

DOMESTIC RETURN SERVICE
Book a free collection with UPS by calling 1 800-823-7459. Alternatively, drop your shipment off at your local UPS store or at any UPS facility. To find your nearest store visit www.ups.com.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on CON.STRUCTNY.COM, the package will be returned to our shipping facility. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
For items you wish to return outside of the standard 30 day return policy timeframe, please contact our customer care team. At their discretion, items may be accepted and may be refunded for store credit or credited the current selling price.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
TAXES & DUTIES
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.
Tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York and California. CON.STRUCT is not required to and does not collect sales or use tax in any other states, however your purchase may be subject to local use tax unless it is exempt from taxation. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by CON.STRUCT and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law.
